Any time you watch a professional perform their particular skill live, you can’t help but to admire how talented they are. It takes amazing ability to do what they do, and as a result, they are well compensated for their work. What most people don’t see however, is the unbelievable amount of time and effort that they have put in to becoming so skilled at their craft.

This hit home one particular day when I had the privilege of watching an interview with one of my favorite actors. At first I thought it was going to be your traditional interview about his life, simple question and answer type stuff. As the interview began, I received more than I had bargained for! I sat their absolutely amazed as he discussed with passion the countless hours of practice and perfection he put into perfecting his craft.

As I sat their watching, I began wondering, what am I passionate about? My question for you is the same. If you are that passionate about baseball, are you doing enough baseball training to achieve your goals? Are you giving baseball your all?

If you are passionate about becoming a great baseball player or baseball coach, are you willing to learn more about baseball batting training, fielding training, pitching training, etc? Are you will to put in extra effort during your baseball practice sessions?

For most of you, it will be how you conduct your baseball training sessions! What batting techniques do you need focus on? What fielding or pitching techniques do you need to improve? Design a game plan today, and fulfill that plan!

Attention Lacrosse Players! Is lacrosse a good sport for me?

I haven’t really played on a team sport outside of gym class before, (only baseball when i was 12 – which i didn’t like)

Helmet / Face shield, shoulder pads, forearm / elbow pads, gloves, cup, rib pads and/or lightweight hip pads, shinguards (soccer ones are good because they won’t interfere with your running) are optional but recommend.

Also try and put on a few pounds, and keep your head up. From my own experience box lacrosse is like a mix of hockey and football with a little soccer + tennis mixed in.
Definately has more of an emphesis on speed than does the outdoor game.

For gear you really have to try it on to know .. personally I like STX and Brine, but a lot of pro lacrosse players use Warrior.

What BASEBALL EQUIPMENT should I get?

My mom is giving me around a 100$ to get new baseball equipment. The three choices I am deciding between are:
1. White 3Q Verdero Cleats or Nike iD’s
