Where can I buy perscription sunglasses?

I need them for driving and playing baseball. I want to try them on before I buy them just to make sure that they fit, so I can’t buy them online. I want to get some that look good, and I was thinking oakley or prada. Is there a place that sells them?

Neeed some info on contacts?

Well tomorrow im going to get contacts with my dad and ive been waiting to get an appointment like this. Well Im very serious in baseball traveling around the country and im going to bermuda this fall and Im excited to see without the pain of eyeglasses and always having to push them back up on my nose. Well here are some questions I have…

1. I love my contacts. I see perfectly and I think they are soooo much better than glasses! For the first part, you can change your eye color, I changed mine to green! The second part, you can see clearly without the hassle of glasses! I mean sure, you have to put the contacts in the morning or whenever you put them in (for example, my aunt wears glasses but only wears contacts when she wants to look pretty or beautiful lol!). Also, since you do sports, like I do soccer, it’s easier and you can focus on the game, not breaking your glasses. Also, there is no need to push the glasses up because you sweat.

2. Your doctor can only recommend the type of contacts you need, so please go to the doctor and get your eyes tested. Some people can’t wear contacts, like my cousin, so she doesn’t. You’ll probably be offered soft contact lenses, I have those, they take a lot less time getting used to than hard contacts but hard contacts last longer. Also, they have daily disposable. monthly disposable, bi-weekly, weekly, etc. They even have the conventional yearly ones but they don’t recommend it because of all the germs that can accumulate on the lenses. I have monthly because I have astigmatism and that’s all they offered for me if I wanted to change my eye color. It’s different for everyone.

3. I became used to my contacts in 3-5 days but sometimes it takes longer. You’ll know when you stop feeling them in your eyes! I was so surprised at the clarity when I first wore them, I thought I was wearing glasses but I didn’t have anything on my face (the glasses) !

4. They shouldn’t hurt unless you put them in the wrong-side in, make sure they are right-side out or they hurt badly! Also, make sure you clean them well, I use Opti-Free Replenish. If there is dirt on it, it hurts your eyes, and it isn’t fun removing and re-inserting the contact. If you feel minor discomfort or your eyes become dry, I use the Opti-Free Replenish Re-Wetting Drops. I always take some to school in case of anything. Also bring your glasses in case!

4. Any other info is just take care of it really well and make sure you care for your eyes. Tell your dad if something is wrong with your eyes because you only have one pair of eyes. They are important and you could harm them. So just clean them well! I hope you enjoy them like I do!
