What type of Nike Shox should I get- Turbo, TL, or Experience?

Hey guys! I just wanted to know- what type of Nike Shox should I get for running (I dumped Puma because of durability!!) should I get Turbo, TL, or Nike Shox experience. I need some for running around on track, playing field sports- baseball. football, etc. and in the gym like basketball. I need a good multi-purpose shoe that supports all of those environments well….ok?

ok nike shox are NOT good running shoes at all. i recommend mizuno wave runners they are great shoes for everything you need them for.

Do Nike Shox help absorb pain when running?

Previously I was running in New Balance shoes, but I had pain in my knees when running, I have a problem from when I played baseball called Osgood Schlatters in my knees as well. Will Nike Shox aid in making the pain lesser than what it currently is?

no. let me tell you what i tell everyone who asks about nike shoes, they weren’t meant for running. they make look like it, but there really just for show. nike is only gonna make your pain worse.no shoes can absorb the pain but there are some with better support. i suggest asics,mizzzunos,or brooks. running shoes are one of the most important necessities to running.
